By making a purchase from Newborn Digital Backdrops by Amanda Haddow Photography you agree to acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

All digital images are files available for purchase are non-refundable. Digital images cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
It is solely the responsibility of you the buyer to properly download and save the purchased digital files in a secure location on their own computer or digital storage device or service.
Before purchasing a digital file you have read the complete description and have viewed in detail all product images available to confirm that the digital file you are purchasing is exactly what you require and expect.
You he buyer MAY NOT resell, share or transfer the digital files under any circumstances.
All digital files will be delivered online as a download ONLY. The download is available after purchase is completed.
Coupons, gift vouchers and discount codes cannot be used in combination with any other offer or on any discounted digital images.
You the buyer must ensure that you have both the suitable software and required skill to use the digital files as intended.
The buyer may only use the digital images to resell to their own private photography customers. Any other use must be requested, permitted and acknowledged by the expressed written consent of Newborn Digital Backdrops by Amanda Haddow Photography.
